The deal, in plain words.
The short version
- You pay once per card. You see the total before you pay.
- Something not right? Write to support@signaround.com. A person reads every message, and we'll work with you to make it right.
- Be kind on cards. No harassment, nothing illegal.
- Each link is a key. Share it with the people it's meant for.
Who we are
signaround is a service of Outstand Brand, LLC ("we"). By starting, signing or opening a card, you agree to these terms. Our privacy page covers what we keep and why.
How a card works
You pick a design, add their name and the words, and pay. We give you three links:
- a signing link, for everyone who should sign
- a private link for the person the card is for
- a manage link, for you
Each link is a key. Anyone who has it can do what it does, so share each one only with the people it's meant for. You can close signing when everyone's done, and open it again if someone's late.
Paying
Prices are in US dollars. A card has one price, paid once, and add-ons cost extra. You'll see the full total before you pay. Payment goes through Stripe. Add-ons are chosen before you pay, and can't be changed after.
Something not right?
We want you to be happy with your card. If something isn't right, write to support@signaround.com. We read every message, a person replies, and we'll work with you to make it right.
Write from the email you used for the card if you can. Include your card's manage link, or the name on it, and tell us what went wrong. Every card and every story is different, so we look at each one on its own. If money goes back to you as part of making it right, it goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
Please write to us before you dispute a charge with your bank. We'd much rather fix it with you directly, and we can usually do it faster.
Promo codes
The code BOO makes the base card free on a Halloween card, through October 31, 2026. Add-ons are still paid. It works on the Halloween occasion only, and stops working at midnight Pacific time at the end of October 31, 2026.
What goes on a card
Cards are for being kind to someone. Please don't use signaround to:
- harass, bully, threaten or demean anyone
- post anything illegal
- upload photos, audio or anything else you don't have the right to share
- send spam, or fill a card by pretending to be lots of people
To help, links, slurs and hate speech can't go in a name or note, and signatures, photos, GIFs and words are checked for anything explicit, violent, hateful or threatening, including hate symbols, before they go on a card. The privacy page says how. These checks are automatic and won't catch everything, and now and then they may turn away something harmless. If that happens, try a different photo or different words.
Organizers can keep a card clean of swearing, and can hide any signature on their card from the manage page. We may remove signatures or whole cards that break these rules, and switch off their links.
What you make
What you write, draw, record and upload stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people who have the card's links, so the card can work. The designs, the site and the name signaround are ours.
Requesting a card design
You can send us an idea for a card we don't have yet. A person reviews every request, and drafts may be made with help from AI tools. Sending an idea doesn't mean we'll make it.
If something breaks
We work hard to keep signaround running, and to keep every card safe. If something goes wrong, tell us and we'll fix it as fast as we can.
If these terms change
We'll change the date at the top. The terms in place when you paid for a card still cover that card.
